The Coach: Marcos Bosque
The Word: Year one was a learning experience for the Crusaders under first year coach Marcos Bosque, who previously was an assistant at University Christian. On the field the Crusaders were 4-3, as three other games were won or loss via forfeits. Offensively, the Crusaders were solid scoring at least 36 points three times including a season high 58 in a win over Cedar Creek; however defensively the Crusaders gave up 40 or more points in four games. Good news for Bosque is that he returns nearly all of his players and can continue to build the program. Bosque only had 13 players out for the spring and it showed in a 20-0 loss to Florida Deaf.
